Haircut
Posted on Jul 09, 2008 under Uncategorized | 11 CommentsI got my hair cut today. The lady was washing my hair and I looked up to realize that her armpit was right in my face. Normally I wouldn’t have noticed this, and I’m sure it always happens, but this time she was wearing a sleeveless shirt. My face was literally inches away, and I couldn’t help be think to myself, “I sure am glad that she wore deodorant today.”

My hairdresser has been cutting my hair for almost 10 years. Lately she has remade herself cougar style. No she can barely move because she is too sore from her plastic surgery. She dresses tacky in impractical clothes for her job, and talks on her cell phone WHILE she cuts my hair… and she is wearing way to much makeup an (the worst) perfume. All in all, even if yours didn’t wear deodorant…it could be worse.

Hahaha That’s too funny! It’s so true too! Both of my Grandmothers had beauty shops in their homes and I was a beauty school drop out! Best to make an early appointment especially in the summertime! hahaha

I hate when that happens. You can’t tell me they don’t realize how close they are! I know they are cutting your hair, but that’s why those chairs have adjustments…so you aren’t forced to KNOW if they are wearing deodorant or not!

Yeah you know how it could have been worse? She could have arm pit hair. It could have been tickling your nose. That is how it could have been worse.

I can honestly say that I don’t know if it was hairy. I almost looked up, but then I thought better of it. My peripheral vision was good enough to notice what was going on, but not good enough to notice if the armpit was hairy.

I’ve had that happen to me several times and it’s definitely uncomfortable! Luckily she finished my wash quickly.

OK – That’s just funny! I got my haircut today but my hair dresser would never go sleeveless. I think I’m in luck.

That is exactly why I never wore a sleeveless top when I used to work as a hairstylist…I did it for 15 years and always wore at the very least short sleeves!!! Sleeveless is plain awful…
