Yahoo! and Microsoft

Microsoft offered to buyout Yahoo!, even though Yahoo! had not even put any feelers out as far as whether or not it should be for sale; Microsoft’s offer was completely unsolicited. It appears as though Yahoo! does not want anything to do with Microsoft because they have joined forces with Google. They have begun talks with Google regarding being bought by them instead of Microsoft. Microsoft responded last night by joining forces with NewsCorp so they could have more leverage to buyout Yahoo!
