Six Month Check-up
Posted on Mar 04, 2008 under Random Wedding Stuff | No CommentTaryn and I had to take the rings in last month for the six-month checkup to make sure that the diamonds weren’t falling out and the gold wasn’t messed up. The check came back fine, which makes sense since we aren’t wearing the wedding bands yet. It was funny because the lady at the jewelers commented about how the rings looked like they hadn’t even been worn yet. I told her that was because they hadn’t! We aren’t getting married for another year and a a half. She said that it was really smart of us to buy the rings so early because diamond prices are going up. Good to know!
We use Andrew’s Jewelers, which is a part of Robert’s Jewelers. This is where I bought Taryn’s engagement ring. We shopped around for our wedding bands, but Andrew’s really had the best selection. I really like Andrew’s because they have locations all over the country. You never know where life will take you.
How did you decide what jeweler to use for your wedding? Do any of you have any experience with Andrew’s/Robert’s?
